Given the boner Jerry Jones has for franchises moving to LA I think the Cowboys should be front and center to move, followed closely by the Broncos, simply because I don't like them.

Maybe we can move all of the impacted residents of California to safety, move Goodell and all the owners to L.A., then drop a few bombs on the San Andreas Fault. I like that idea.

Why not have 3 move there, then upon having all three fail, consolidate the Rams, Chargers, and Raiders into the Ragers with a giant, ex-Hollywood star turned pcp addict on the helmet. At this point, probably this image would be good for pr considering right now people's number one association with the NFL is a man beating his woman and/or child to a pulp.
