A sane Bills fan!

Those that want to suggest cheating has something to do with it, I don’t dismiss that out of hand. Many want, no need, that narrative to help them cope. You still want to believe it to help you distance yourself from the reality that is this team, coach, owner, and QB. Gronk is open all the time not because of cheating, as someone wondered early, he’s open because he’s awesome and their scheme is awesome and he gets the ball because their QB is awesome.

Oh these cute bills fans crack me up.

If you believe they cheat, then you didnt' have to wonder how Gostkowski made his 52 yard FG, that started off about 10 yards wide right and the remote controlled football moved back to go right down the middle of the uprights. Amazing.

Random thought: A good play for the Patriots to run in those 4th and 2 situations at midfield, trying to get the other team to jump offside or burn a TO would be the Wildcat. A former QB can handle the signalcalling in Edelman with Dion Lewis as the motion man, and just seeing the formation may cause a D to call Time Out since you darn well never practiced against the Wildcat during the week. If they don't take a TO, the mere motion of Lewis towards the QB might be so ingrained in defenders' minds by now that one may jump offside. It's like a natural hard count. So the idea would be to run all the presnap action of the Wildcat but never actually snap the ball unless a defender jumps offside. If they don't, take the Delay penalty and punt.

I wonder how many other 38 year old players have had 9 rushing FDs and 2 rushing TDs this early in a season.

I know Russel Wilson has zero rushing touchdowns

Since Peyton Manning is now awesome again, I decided to check the long range weather forecast. CO is supposed to experience below normal temps for the month of November. Hoping for 15* with the wind blowing when we play them.

Per Field Yates, the Bills have placed Percy Harvin on IR.

They are truly screwed this season. Word up is that the fanbase is not happy with Rex but maybe they'll rationalize that the disaster is because of injuries and start thinking draft and 2016.
I am so glad we're past the decades where for years the Pats were out of the playoffs before Thanksgiving.
I remember watching the 1st round of playoffs and wishing that the Patriots could just be in one playoff game.

The worst part was when they'd be close and needed help from another team and the help never came. It was especially bad when those games were televised.

Wonder how we will do against Desean Jackson today.

LOL. $4 million cap hit gets the Bills 19 receptions and 1 TD in 5 games. Rex Ryan is becoming the head coach you hire if you want to derail your franchise and compete for the top pick in the draft.

I wonder when Richie Incognito is going to implode.

Bucs waive CB Tim Jennings

Wonder if they bring him in for a look

And yet, if they beat the NYJ this Thursday and move to 5-4 and in the thick of a WC race, all of those who weren't happy with him would now be ecstatic.

Such is the life for a head coach with a mediocre team, I suppose. Like you, I expect him to figure out a way to screw up his situation over time.

Mike zimmer on BB today
“I try not to look at the records,” Zimmer said from Minnesota. “I just try to prepare the best we can for every game, every day. Our coaches do a really good job working with our players on why exactly we win games and why exactly we lose them. And I talk to them about New England a lot. I have a lot of respect for Bill Belichick’s approach to the game, and he transmits that to his players. They could win by 40 or lose by 40, and after the game you hear his players and coaches say all they’re focused on is the next game. That’s all that matters. The records, the playoffs, there’s nothing we can do about that today. We’ve just got to play the next game the best we can.”

True, the Bucs are loaded at CB. Whomever they cut surely has a ton of untapped talent and potential. Especially 32-year-old corners who are 5'8".

Certain to be an upgrade from a UDFA with less than a full season under his belt, who has only one good play to his name, a Lombardi winning INT.

A 32 year old CB that the Bears didn't want, who's been a Tampa 2 guy for his whole career? It's possible, but I'm not sure how likely.

So on Mike & Mike (yeah, I know...) this morning, Greenberg states that Kurt Warner is a future hall of famer with conviction, as if it is not even a question for debate.

Huh?

I can't recall where else (who knows, maybe it was Greenie previously), but this is not the first time I have heard this.

Maybe it's a prerequisite for Warner to agree to come on a show with his opinions and to answer questions?

I just don't understand how someone can say that Warner is a lock for the HoF. Based on public sentiment he probably will get in, but to me it is very debatable whether he should get in. Regardless, the introduction as "future hall of famer" just seems to be enough in doubt that I can't help but wonder what the agenda is. Is the implication that it makes his opinions infallible and beyond reproach?
