Kurt Warner ? @kurt13warner
I love lots of things about #NFL but 1 thing I hate is lack of patience 4 players and coaches - judging them not always on just their perf!
-----------

".......judging them not always on just their perf!??????????????

Dude! Whisenhunt was 3-20 and the whole world saw Kaepernick's perfomances the past few years.........

What about those "performances" did you think was being ignored?????

Look, we all get the personal reason why you tweeted this and what you are inferring, but try to come up with a better argument - - performance??????

.

I don't get it. What am I missing?

Kaep could still be a starting qb in this league if he'd get his act together. It's like he got traumatized by the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship a few years ago.

Exactly.

3-20 HC record and a lower that 80 rating at QB and the problem is that the NFL is judging those 2 on things "other than just on performance"????????

No Kurt, it was just on performance, buddy.

What is the "other" thing he is inferring?

He's done, the league figured out running QBs, he not accurate enough and too slow in his reads.

I believe the phrase you're looking for is "Game Film."

It's hard to tell from that terribly written tweet, but I think he was saying that they SHOULDN'T be judged just on "performance" -- that there's more to doing a good job than may show up in the wins & losses record.

Understand #Titans' thinking given their record under Whisenhunt, but crazy that Whiz would get five starts with his No. 2 overall QB. Five!

I agree.Firing whisenhunt makes no sense when he had just 5 starts with mariota around a bad team. What does firing him get the titans ? nothing.

I think I'm interpreting it differently. I just chalked it up to Warner being a biased dim wit.

He will at least get a chance to find work elsewhere.

As a backup. I'm not sure there is a team that would name him the starter the day they trade or sign for him.

If not performance, what exactly should players and coaches be judged on? Cameos!!!

The guy took over a dumpster fire of a team that had a garbage starting QB. That garbage QB got hurt, giving way to QBs who were even worse. Then, in year two, he ends up with a rookie QB who's got to learn how to play the position because his college games were in the spread.

****ty teams shouldn't bother hiring new coaches if they're not going to give them the time needed to turn things around.

Maybe he was just informed that he would not get to carry the Lombardi trophy next Feb.

If that's the case I agree with him. I enjoyed watching him carrying the Patriots trophy to them.

I totally agree, if wins & losses were the whole story behind why they fired him. BUT...this tweet makes you wonder what it's like in Whisenhunt's locker room:
