Marshall was speaking in solidarity with Brady (he called any player who wasn't with him a coward) and was making a valid point about the way the NFL and NFLPA handle labor disputes with white workers versus black workers. This is not exactly news for anyone who knows anything about, well, American history, or the history of the American labor movement more specifically.
