Won't live without the checks, the league minimum is still higher than what your average Joe makes in 8 years.

Plus the average career is so short, they can't give up game checks.
That is what got them in this boat, and sadly what will keep them there.

If the NFL were to win this case, the new CBA can read "The Commissioner can make any decision he wants about anything whether there are facts or not, even if there are facts that disprove his opinion, and no member of the NFLPA shall be allowed to protest in any fashion"
and the CBA will get signed.

Totally agree with players needing a pay check but something has to give. Goodell* can't be Judge Jury Executioner and hand these issues over to his Goons* who are supposed to be impartial but are just his puppets. He himself is a joke when it comes to Integrity.

But it doesn't matter because they do not have the resolve to demand that and stick to their guns.

Kraft did have alot to do with them settling and playing even Jeff Saturday ( a Colt no less) was impressed how Kraft worked both sides to get it done.

Yes, Kraft was there, and the NFLPA got a royal screw job, so I'm not sure how you feel Kraft helped them.

AndyJ what don't you understand I didn't stutter. Kraft worked with owners & PA to get it done move it along, It's a fact. Negotiations were dragging in fact PA were better off holding out knowing what we know now giving all that power to Goodell* and now Brady is paying for it biased people in charge.

Yes Kraft was involved in the negotiations on the owners side. The players got screwed. They ended a work stoppage so Kraft was there to hug. Kraft did nothing to help the players, unless you consider negotiating with them and giving them a horrible deal helpful to them.
