I'm pretty satisfied with how things went in 4 of the last 5 years we haven't had him.

Look, he's been one of the best LGs of the past decade. But one very good LG is simply not a game changer. And if he is taking up the 2nd highest cap space on the team, then perhaps there are other ways to use the salary cap to fill out a roster that can help a team win than to devote that much to a LG who is pushing 33.

To be fair, in both SB the Giants dominated the LOS. We weren't going to get a lot of yards pounding the ball.
