Guys, who's the best player left?

This is the fun part: there IS no "best player left." There's just a big muddle for the next 25 picks or so.

The fact that we didn't jump the Cowboys tells me that Byron Jones was not that high on BB's draft board. It would have been a cheap trade up if we were really interested.

Right but it can legally be bought in the state of Colorado, and the federal government has no real say in intrastate commerce...doesn't seem like a legitimate reason to have it on the banned substances list.

I just mean that's probably the part of the basis for the NFL banning it, along with the fact that they just don't want their players on it.

Imagine if they said "OK you guys can get blazed whenever in Denver and Seattle, NOWHERE ELSE THO!" There could be multiple kinds of consequences.

Byron jones can't tackle....I'm not sure what all the hype is. he'll fit in perfectly in Dallas.

Until he put in a Mike Mamulla performance at the combine i never heard his name mentioned here, after the combine he was the next coming of D Revis. And from what ive heard for a few weeks now hes not very good a man coverage. Sort of sounds like McCourty.

Randy Gregory doesn't fit what the Pats do on defence at all. Not sure why people want him.

If people complain about Chandler Jones being soft against the run, wait until we get Gregory out there.

The picks get leaked before announced. I remember that ahole Chris Berman used to try and sound smart by 'speculating' right before the picks are made.

He's still doing it tonight.

Exactly, that's why I think you trade down, add picks and spread the risk
