"Hurr hurr, I'm John Elway... My QB is a brittle shell of himself and rapidly declining, I think my best move is to trade away one of my best O linemen and 2 mid rounders to grab a DE who was falling down draft boards for weed AND an injury! What do you mean the fact that pot being legal in my state could be a distraction? Who is Von Miller???"

Love Ray's first step and explosion. I think it's a good pick.

So this Demarcus Ware's last year in Denver then?

As we have seen the last two years, you can only count on Ware in September and October. By November, he is starting to wear down. By December, he is ordinary. In January, he is invisible.

well I'm all in for a trade down now. I don't see much here worth the 32nd pick. Move down and pick up a couple of good players in that 40-50 spot.

Don't get me wrong, I think Ray could be a good player. I just don't think he's two-fifths-plus-Manny-Ramirez good.

Did Elway think he was trading away professional baseball player Manny Ramirez? Was he aware they're two different people?

LOL, so draft the kid with the pot problem into a state with legalized marijuana

He is no longer an every-down player. Has not been for a while now...

My guy Humphries to the Cardinals, great pick. Best LT in the draft

This is the last year of Von Miller's contract. Ray is very much a Miller type.

carolina and baltimore picks are in, Dallas is on the clock

Wait, I have a half serious question, can Ray suspended by NFL if he legally buys weed in Colorado?
Yes, marijuana is a banned substance in the NFL regardless of state.

Might be hard in a weak draft. I'm beginning to think value to trade down isn't really worth it.
