Ignore thread feature?

Since the redirect issue is fixed, I haven't noticed the ignore thread option coming up. I am probably missing it, but in case not, I thought I'd ask here. Strangely I'm seeing it in this thread, but not in the main forum (e.g., the Hernandez convicted thread).
