Anyone Notice How The Leaks Virtually Stopped After Kraft's Speech?

Nothing in 3 days since that.

I think the investigators were put on no uncertain notice in a very public way by RAK.

IDK, I think the League was planning to stop leaks before that. I think they leaked the Jay Glazer ball boy story without any details that Florio got afterwards and then the league made an announcement that the leaks and talk needed to stop so that story would float out there without the Pats being able to respond to the Glazer story which was worse that the actual facts. It blew up in their face because it might have been that leak that caused Kraft to make his statement and go guns a blazing at Goodell.

Probably because they don't have anything. All the leaks added together don't add up to anything either. But at this point what would they leak? They could leak the actual measurement but they know that won't help their case. They could leak security footage but they know that won't help their case.

They got their smear in, and the failure to find any evidence will come out in the offseason when nobody cares.

I hope not but I am pretty sure more crap is going to come out as we near Sunday.

If you put the leaks together the Patriots were using Footballs 2 PSI under regulation but were using the Colts ones when Brady was picked off! Then it turns out the only one 2 under was the one that was picked off and the other 11 were only 1 out.

IF true, that makes the "Kensil f****ing with the balls" story far more credible. Only one Colts ball under inflated now? Ugh, all the speculation roads my mind keeps going down.

I have a feeling the 90 second thing and subsequent clarification of what was on the video came from us. The original statement was vague and trying to corner us. I believe we just clarified it so that everyone knew the facts. We felt we had nothing to hide.

One thing to take from all of this is that don't mess with Pats fans. We have put the fear wisdom into most of these guys, it is just a matter of time.

I think the NFL office is so used to teams lying down on their fake investigations, when Kraft spoke they were alarmed.. in most instances the NFL Owners play nice and do not really hold Goodell accountable in public, behind the scenes probably. Kraft is a very powerful owner..

If you look at how the info was released.. early the next morning to a Indy Scribe who hates the pats, Mort on Monday nite around 11:00 PM.. and Peter Kings article that was written about 3:00 AM on Wednesday AM.. they controlled the message through their lackies..

When they heard Kraft, started paying attention to the science, and how poorly this "sting" operation went down they started with the lower threshold of evidence instead.. now suspect they are scrambling to come up with something, anything.

Vincent Ludwig (Ricardo Montalban) tells Lt. Frank Drebben (Leslie Nielsen), Paraphrasing: "Mr Drebben, if you have evidence on me, than use it, otherwise get off my back, or I promise you it will cost you dearly". You could make Kraft to be Vincent Ludwig, and Rog-Jet as Frank Drebben.

The leak about the ball boy being seen on the surveillance tape would seem to me to be a very easy keak to figure out who did it. There has to be a very small, finite number of people at NFL headquarters who handled the video tape, and even fewer who actually saw it. But of course, this assumes that the NFL really has any interest in stopping the leaks, which it obviously doesn't.

There has been only ONE leak since Kraft's speech - - -and that one was within an hour or two of it -- it was probably already in process at the time Kraft spoke (Florio was just waiting on his confirm before going public).

Kraft shut their damn mouths.
