Have you given any consideration to possibly having 2 leagues, since there seem to be others who wish to join and we already have 14 teams in ours, which seems a bit much? Just wondering if it'd be easier to split it into 2 separate leagues of 10 teams each or something like that?

I might be interested. I have to see if my co-workers this year and a group of friends set up a league. If one of them doesn't set one up this year, I will be in.

As of now league is full. Waiting on 3 more to join but invites sent out and looks like a full league now. I will put you down that you are interested however. If some people don't pay before draft then they will be out but I will update you incase there are openings

Late to the party here, but if there are 14 teams then perhaps recruiting two more members and make two eight-team leagues might be worth considering. Play each team twice (14 games) for a balanced schedule, then your playoffs. 14 teams can leave few decent reserves to pick up off waivers for the inevitable injury and bye weeks (i.e., some teams are forced to start the 27th or 28th best QB on a bye, or the 27th and 28th best RB on a weekly basis, or the 14th best TE on a weekly basis, etc.)

Just a thought I wanted to throw out there for you to consider.

If anybody doesn't show and another team is needed, then definitely count me in as an owner too.

You or someone else would need to create a second league, if it reaches that point.

It really depends on how many people come through and how many drop out. It's just my experience that leagues of 14 or more tend to be too big, and leagues of 8-12 teams seem to work out the best. If there are 16 people interested in playing, then two eight-team leagues would allow everyone to participate.

Assuming two leagues, that's one way to go.

Or for example if people are looking for two different amounts they're comfortable with, then you could set the leagues up that way. One league where everyone puts in 25 a piece, another where the ante is 50 each.

But, the big thing is getting people to commit first. It's a whole lot harder to do over the internet than it is within a group of people you see all the time (e.g., co-workers, regulars at a bar, longtime neighborhood friends).

I'd suggest not waiting any longer on those who haven't joined, inviting the next person up on the list to join this one and making it a 12 team league (or the next 3 and 14).
