Wow, in everything I imagined this week, this was not the scenario I ever thought of. I thought it would be a close game going back and forth !! I feel like crying....
Us pats fans really dropped the ball we spent all week talking about covering Welker and didn't even bring up how to prevent him from knocking our all pro CB out of the game with a dirty hit.
Get our guys healthy for 2014 and try to stay healthier. 3rd year in a row where our top offensive playmaker other than Brady is hurt in the 2nd most important game of the year.
I'm still happy what we did this year with what we had. Manning has so many weapons he's impossible to contain. Next year we need more weapons on offense.
I don't think this is over. It's barely more than a 2 possession game, and although the Denver D is playing excellent so far today, they are suscectible to the big (pass) play all season long. Brady can have a 2-3 minute TD drive at any time during this game. Have faith in your team, this still can be interesting.
Now surely if Bill is who he is meant to be then in the first 3 or 4 rounds he will ONLY go after playmaker receivers/TE. I don't care about defense because it's fine but just severely injured.

1) they are out coached
2) they don't want it bad enough
did it ever occur to you that maybe sometimes you lose because the other team is just plain better?..More talented, more weapons...and playing against a depleted defense?
