How did we lose to the Dolphins again? Only 7 points the last two weeks for them. We should have had the damn 1 seed. Argghh.

It's a $$$$$ thing - should be evident by now

IllegalContact is putting on a clinic in flamebaiting/trolling. DaBruinz, meanwhile, is falling for it hook, line, and sinker.

Got 'em both on ignore. Using my Mac, which still has Ffvb. They don't exist on my computer screen. :rocker:

As Fouts said - HAND Manning the MVP - he BROKE all those records!!! Let's ignore his record of first-round playoff losses as the #1 seed. That matters not.

Actually his record doesn't matter since it has to do with THIS Regular season only. That being said, no, Manning isn't the MVP. With the talent that the Broncos have, any mediocre QB should be able to have a 13-3 record with that team.

Congrats to Manning..he is doing his thing at his time and we all have TFB who is doing his thing in his time....win-win.

Now lets keep running that ball with NO GD injuries and get some well earned rest for the boys...!

And Rodgers should have broken Brady's record in 2011.

If he would have thrown 5 in week 17, then yes I agree.

Also, the 2004 Manning season could have been much more than 49.

55 is an amazing accomplishment, but in today's NFL it will not stand the 25 years like Marino's did.

The best part of it all - TEBOW has won more playoff games with the Broncos with the SAME personnel. That says NOTHING either.

I truly do not care about who throws how many TDs. Once you have several Pro-Bowl worthy options to choose from on the 5 yard line, I would be astonished if you don't rack up the TDs. The way offenses are these days, these records are just not a huge deal to me anymore, the game is too different. What Marino did was AWESOME. What Manning did is meh.

Deus only has me on ignore because he can't handle someone seeing through his schtick and calling him on it on a regular basis.

Watch it again, pass overthrown, doesn't pull up until late. Brady is great but can't throw deep anymore...many examples this year.

Anymore? Other than throwing deep to Moss... Please tell me when Brady was a good at tnrowing deep. That is not his strength.

173 yards rushing in the 1st half. WOW. That is just awesome..

I can't remember the last time the Patriots had more rushing yards than passing yards with Tom Brady as the QB.

other than Moss he never had receivers he could count on throwing deep...

Flynn threw 6 TD in week 17 so I think Rodgers would have gotten there if he played. Agreed about Manning and 2004.

Totally agree that these records won't be around for long as long as the NFL favors passing. Even Manning said it.

He wasn't going to get the first anyway.

Thank you wet ball...

Wow...WHEW

Wow, so many bounces going their way today.

thank god they recovered that punt..whew

Man. Not surprised that happened in this game; Pats getting good bounces on fumbles.
