Let us be clear.

IMHO, anyone on any thread has every right to state that a poster's position is nonsense, even about a position stated a couple of months ago on another thread, and even with no support whatsoever. It happens all the time. If I comment on Bolden, someone will bring up some thread from 5 years ago regarding Green-Ellis. It's all fair game. I smile, they smile, and we move on.

If you wish Ian to clarify for you, by all means contact him. Of better yet, start a thread where mods respond to your interpretation of the rules. I suspect you'll see some comments here over the next couple of weeks.

The reality is that all comments are fair game. Ad hominem arguments are not. One cannot say that "I cannot believe that you are so stupid as to believe such and such". It is sufficient to simply point out how stupid the position is.

With regard to walking on eggshells when your positions are attacked, I will warn you here and now. It is NOT acceptable to call someone a "****" under any circumstances as you did in this post.

The bottom is that no one ever promised you fair. Anyone can be unreasonable in attacking your positions. And they can ridicule positions as much as they want, for no reason whatsoever. It is you that takes attacks on your positions as an attack on your person. It is that simple. Of course, this is simply MY opinion.

He has every right to disagree, but he has no right to be a **** when disagreeing, the fact is he put my name out there before I even posted in this thread and followed it with nonsense, that is not only inappropriate but it is a blatant violation of the forum rules. I am not reporting him but I should him and you tremendous respect and you not seeing eye to eye with me on the McDaniels situation are not grounds to turn this into a personal dispute. That is getting really old and there are far too many grown adults in this forum who want to turn every single opportunity into a chance to **** on each other, and then we all wonder why this world is filled with so much bullying and violence well take a look at how men and women treat each other when they disagree about an offensive coordinator, calling names, putting words in each other’s mouths it is despicable and shameful behavior.

I admit I have said some comments back to people but I never openly attack people in forums ever, you can scroll my entire history and you will never see a time where I go at someone without cause, over the last 2-3 weeks every time I say anything about McDaniels or Amendola or something along those lines that one of the members in here disagree with or see as being a “bad fan” they come at me with insults, demeaning comments and **** like that, I have had it with that crap just because you’re sitting behind a computer monitor does not give you the right to **** on fellow people no matter what you think of their position on a matter, I am sick and tired of biting my tongue while people disrespect each other and the guidelines of this forum with their despicable and childish bullying behavior. If you want to disagree with a Brady6 position fine keep it about football, don’t add words to my posts or manipulate the context, if you want to sit here and run your mouth like talking trash like some superior person save it I have no time for that crap and if you don’t have the balls to say what you’re saying to anyone at Gillette on any given Sunday you should not think just because this is the internet it is ok to say it on here.

You’re a MOD on this site and you’re telling me this guy has every right to what? Call me out in a thread I was not even in, and label my position as nonsense? I read the forum rules they would imply otherwise MG. Either way I am not going to let a bunch of miserable people prevent me from using this forum, and I am not going to walk on egg shells with fear of being banned if I respond to one of these unprovoked personal attacks, this **** stops now and that can be notice for everyone, like I said respond and disagree with my position all you want, but don’t be disrespectful and don’t think that your belief is any more validated than mine because we’re all fans here and all spitting out opinions and theories based on what the team and media tell us.

As far as Welker leaving goes I have no clue what you’re referring to so I cannot respond to that, I was totally against the team not resigning Welker I felt they should have signed him before last season and at the very least franchised him again this year because I knew that attempting to rebuild the wide receiver position on the fly was not a good idea with a 36 year old Tom Brady.

every ******* thread Brady6 is in turns into a ****-show. I've put him on ignore, but he tends to ruin pretty much every thread on this board. Every thread he 'contributes' to just devolves into name calling and other inane ramblings.

Slowly driving me away from the forum. The level of discourse here is terrible with him around.

I love how I am to blame, let's look at my posting history do I attack anyone unprovoked? No I defend myself against people who think they're long standing membership entitles them to mistreat others. That **** isn't going to fly with me, I don't back down and let anyone disrespect me. People want to treat me with respect I will do the same people want to run off at the mouth with some false belief that the internet is safe and secure I'm going to call them on it, if that affects your posting experience I apologize but I am not the cause of this, I am not the one creating these issues the fact is dues was talking trash about me before I even posted in this thread today.

You would have to be a saint to not boo that first half performance. Coming on the heels of the 2nd half collapse against the Jets, it was truly wretched football in all phases of the game. 5 yards of offense in the first quarter hardly warrants polite applause.

Even if they somehow luck into the playoffs, they won't go very far.

I don't know. I think the 2013 Pats are an over-peforming 8-8 team. They just have taken too many hits: Hernandez arrest, Wilfork, Mayo, Kelley, Talib, and so forth.

Fortunately, they are in a pretty mediocre division and should make the playoffs, where anything can happen. Despite all the hard knocks this season, there is a lot of stuff to be excited about. Many of the Pats' young players are stepping up big time.

That's really sad bro really it is that you have such little expectation for others. We're all adults and in my opinion should behave like them, I don't see Ian going around putting others down and he owns the forum so what makes the members of it think that type of behavior is acceptable. These people are insulting me but they're disrespecting the forum and the leaders of it with there actions too and its really ungrateful to see the potentially damaging behavior of people that takes place in here and anyone who cares about this site should be smart enough not see the big picture.

Scroll back through my 2700 posts I have not done anything against forum guildlines, you will see several posters who quoted me with rule violations if you wish to repremand or tell someone what is right and wrong I'd suggest you talk to them, trying to key in on me is showing a clear bias and I don't appreciate it at all MG, I have been nothing but nice to you and offered compliments to you since joining here, what you're doing right here is not right and you know it.

Being called delusional is an attack, being called a loser is an attack, being told to get a fakin life is an attack. You yourself piggy backed the comment about me being delusional, that had nothing to do with my position that was a clear attack on me personally. So if they're not OK why are you posting them with your agreement?

Its out of line, unmerrited and just because I disagree with long tenured posters on a position does not give people the right to attack me as a poster. They should have more respect for me as a person or if they can't respect me have repect for Ian and this board enough to follow the rules and adhere to his requests of the members.

Apology accepted. I have no issue with people disagreeing with my positions but I just don't want to keep making things about me, I know I'm newer and I am outspoken but I hold this site in high regard and even when I disagree with someone I attempt to see the good in there position. So when that isn't reciprocated it bothers me.
