I think that Gis or both Tom & Gis are very irresponsible with money. She cannot be a model forever and Tom is not going to play forever; how will they pay the mortgage then?
When one of you is making $40 million dollars in a year it's not really an issue for them they wouldn't even need a morgage on the place. There is not much point in paying back more than you need to if you can pay for it now.
With the amount they have both made in their careers I doubt they will ever struggle for money even after they retire.
I too have had membership to worse gyms than that. I am pleased to see Tommy plans on working hard when he is back in Cal. Never been to a Planet Fitness but only hear bad things about them.

20 mil and no view of the ocean or private beach?
I thought the article said there was an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean.
It sucks. I left there for $10 per month to go to L.A. Fitness for $40 per month. Much bigger, a lot more machines, a lot more benches, a lot more racks (in more ways than one), a lot more treadmills and bikes, a pool, and a locker room where I don't have to walk in and see the human version of a walrus naked immediately upon entering. Plus, at Planet Fitness, they actually recruit the fatties. It's a "judgment free zone", where laughing a fat people that come in and just sit on the ground and look at themselves in the mirror is looked down upon. They have a lunk alarm where if you're trying to get one last rep in and grunt anywhere near the front counter, they set it off. I'm no gym douche, but I (like many other people) tend to grunt or exhale air so my brain doesn't explode when I'm working hard. And they actually served pizza there at the one I used to attend every Wednesday. Pizza... at a gym.
Frankly, if Giselle is going to shower in that see through, glass stall on a regular basis it really wouldn't matter what art is hanging on the wall.
