TB12's New LA Home

Now THAT is some fine country living, yes sir...yes it is

That gym is missing a shake weight. What a miser!

20 mil and no view of the ocean or private beach?

What are the mortgage payments on this monstrosity?

I think that Gis or both Tom & Gis are very irresponsible with money. She cannot be a model forever and Tom is not going to play forever; how will they pay the mortgage then?

When one of you is making $40 million dollars in a year it's not really an issue for them they wouldn't even need a morgage on the place. There is not much point in paying back more than you need to if you can pay for it now.

With the amount they have both made in their careers I doubt they will ever struggle for money even after they retire.

I'm guessing their net worth is more than many, if not most, countries.

I'm sure TB and G felt they were getting an original design, and on paper I'm sure they did. But their place is right out of an Entourage (HBO series) set shoot, especially the entrance and kitchen. It's straight LA, baby.

I too have had membership to worse gyms than that. I am pleased to see Tommy plans on working hard when he is back in Cal. Never been to a Planet Fitness but only hear bad things about them.

It sucks. I left there for $10 per month to go to L.A. Fitness for $40 per month. Much bigger, a lot more machines, a lot more benches, a lot more racks (in more ways than one), a lot more treadmills and bikes, a pool, and a locker room where I don't have to walk in and see the human version of a walrus naked immediately upon entering. Plus, at Planet Fitness, they actually recruit the fatties. It's a "judgment free zone", where laughing a fat people that come in and just sit on the ground and look at themselves in the mirror is looked down upon. They have a lunk alarm where if you're trying to get one last rep in and grunt anywhere near the front counter, they set it off. I'm no gym douche, but I (like many other people) tend to grunt or exhale air so my brain doesn't explode when I'm working hard. And they actually served pizza there at the one I used to attend every Wednesday. Pizza... at a gym.

More than likely, they've already paid that off. It wouldn't make sense for a couple with that kind of money to take out a mortgage on a house. You sound really jealous. Enjoy what you have, Fred. You could, after all, have less.

I thought the article said there was an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean.

Even if they don't, they have a boss swimming pool and a mote. I'll take that any day over a view of the Pacific. That said, I'd take both of those and a view of the Pacific if I could get it. Since I can't, I'll simply kill myself.

Wow that sounds terrible. I always make noise when getting in my last reps. Can't leave anything when I'm lifting. I was kicked out if a £15 gym because I kept dropping my weights after a heavy deadlidt or snatch. Ended up at a £60 gym with much more weight didn't mind me dropping weight had a pool, sauna, steam room, free towels, much more equipment and a lot less douche bags taking selfies. I guess I was lucky when I was in the states for 3 months I never found this place.

Frankly, if Giselle is going to shower in that see through, glass stall on a regular basis it really wouldn't matter what art is hanging on the wall.

Heck, if they installed a webcam where that photographer was standing, TFB would be able to tell BB "You know what, I'm good on money. I can stay at vet minimum."
