Wow what a job the police have done. This is incredible all the detail they have on the movements. All the video cameras, texts calls etc...

AH is done.

@MassStatePolice 2m
Hernandez charged with Murder, Unlawful possession of a firearm, Possession of a large capacity firearm. Invest ongoing. No further updates.

**** Hernandez.

Seriously, not bad enough that one of our former players is a murderer, now he's going to cost us $10M on the cap for the next 2 years?

Home security video has AH getting out of the car with a gun after it was recorded with him driving onto where the murder took place.

I'm not watching, but can you explain what this means/context? I'm not understanding that text.
I'll do my best here.

The victim got picked up from his house by Hernandez and the two other guys. Victim's mother/sister (not sure) saw him get in the car. At some point in the car Hernandez told the victim he was upset with him for talking to a few others who Hernandez didn't like when the two of them were at the club two days prior (Friday). Hernandez said he couldn't trust anybody. The victim then texted his mom/sister asking if they saw who he got in the car with, in case anything happened.

Not necessarily. I am guessing that the Pats have had in depth conversations with the NFL, their lawyers, and maybe even the NFLPA to make sure that they can get back the signing bonus money under the CBA.

For the first time I actually feel bad for DeMaurice Smith, he and the NFLPA are actually going to have to have to fight on Hernandez behalf to keep that money and go after the guarantee money he was going to get this season. Going to be a huge hit for the NFLPA to actually go to bat to represent a accused killer to keep money that he never should ever earn.

It is still a circumstantial case at this point, although I don't recall a circumstantial case with as much detailed evidence as this one.

It's the last text message the victim sent to his sister before he was killed. In his previous text message to the sister he asked "do you know who I'm with?" His sister responded with "who?" The victim then responded with "NFL. Just so you know."

Most evidence is circumstantial.

Most evidence is circumstantial.

I suppose I am talking about tenuous circumstantial evidence. Certainly most convictions contain more than tenuous circumstantial evidence. Fingerprints, eyewitnesses, murder weapons, blood/DNA evidence, etc.

Obviously convictions can be made on purely a multitude of tenuous circumstantial evidence, but it requires a ton of it. In this case, as I said, I think they probably have enough.

Thanks for the breakdown, much appreciated.

Ok - that **** is chilling and absolutely makes Hernandez a monster in my eyes. Now I'm glad he's gone.

Hernandez's attorneys have a lot of work to do. Good luck fighting that timeline.

They are connecting Hernandez to the murder with the shell casing that was found under his seat and a blue bubbalicious wrapper.

And this all over who is talking with whom and who Hernandez trusted.

This is just awful for Mr. Lloyd's family and frankly for Hernandez's little baby.
