It's easy, and only takes a few moments. As for the "cleaning crew" that came in on Monday, We have no idea if it was Hernandez or his GF who did the hiring. With a house that big, she could have done it because of the mess Ahern's friends made and wanted it cleaned since she has her hands full with the baby..
If it was smashed before the incident or by someone not Hernandez, then it won't be obstruction on Hernandez's part.

Yet it is private citizens that sit in jury boxes....
And I agree OJ did it but I'm really not seeing the relevance here to OJ.....OJ ran, had a trial where the facts from the police investigation were brought in front of a jury and the nation....Right now all we have is a ton of media reports speculating and reporting whatever bone they are thrown.
Again, I'm not seeing the comparison at this point.
How long before you embrace the reality that Hernandez is simply not the unluckiest guy in the world and likely had some type of involvement or knowledge regarding a person who was shot to death?

I think the point of the post was that the security system might have been non-functional for weeks. The US Code says otherwise and just for the record there is absolutely no differentiation regarding the timing on the destruction of evidence.
I've made my stance pretty clear, but the cleaning crew would be the easiest thing to dismiss. He could have maids come in every Monday, no biggie, it sounds ominous in context but could be benign.
Destroying home security on the other hand not so easy to explain.
Too much stuff going on with hernandez. It's clear the guy has a temper issue. Evn if he didn't pull the trigger, he is facing jail time with conspiracy. His career might be over. Pats will cut him in a few weeks - time to move onto ballard.

No doubt the JR shooting will be brought up soon.

How many times are you going to fall for reports that later turn out to be false before you start to accept that reports are often fault and that early reports are a bad way to determine anyone's fate?

Please tell us you're joking. He's innocent but is doing everything he can to obstruct a murder investigation because he doesn't want the cops to see him with that bong he bought at Ye Olde Head Shop last week?
