Agreed word for word, would love one of Cribbs or Washington though if Woody is brought back Cribbs might be a better fit for our roster. Not saying he's going to become a starter quality wideout but we are paper thin even IF Welker and Lloyd are brought back.

One of the top return men in the league. Keeps both McCourty and Welker (assuming he returns) off the field during returns. Unlike Edelman, he doesn't get injured (missed two games in the last seven seasons). The kick off return game was a significant weakness of this team last year. I don't see the downside of acquiring him.

I know people want to see sexy signings, but Cribbs is a solid signing as long as the Pats didn't give him stupid money.

Cribbs has averaged 8 catches per year. Only needs 92 more per year to tie Welker.

He did rack up 500+ rec yards in 2011, that is with crap QB play too. Not earth shattering but it's still more than any of our current WR's have given aside from Welker Lloyd.
