The media have been hyping up SF's OL as the "best in the NFL" all week. They're a good rushing OL, especially Davis and Iupati, but they give up a lot of sacks.
Dude, I agree. If we had that kind of physical presence on the outside, I don't know if the team would have a need for Mesko. They'd never need to use him.
Though the last statement is a bit ridiculous, the O would be insane with a guy like Jones on the outside.

Good job by SF not abandoning the run game. They are getting the ball at halftime so it's not the end of the world if you're down by 10 or 14 going into the half.

It just seemed like they were ready to explode after last weeks win. I think the niners O is getting figured out. They should have saved their surprises until this game.
A very good point. I have to wonder how many surprises BB has saved up, especially with Brian Daboll coming on board and adding his experience to Josh McD's.
