LOL! Now one of the resident loons over at JI said he saw an advanced copy of a book that will show that the Pats cheated in multiple ways, but he cannot give the name of the book or when it will be released. I can see the marketing campaign now:

"The Most Explosive Book on the Patriots Ever! So Damning that we can't even tell you the name of the book or when you can buy it!"

My guess that if there is a book, it is a self published e-book that provides no evidence just crackpot theories. Just like the current Spygate book out.

He claims it is a different book. But he is the same guy who claims Spygate is the biggest cheating scandal in the history of sports including the Black Sox scandal. So take his word with a grain of salt.

Schilens is a good receiver. If healthy, he has the potential for a 10 catch season. But thats a big if, since hes certainly never healthy. I think 5 catches seems more reasonable.

Nah! All the Black Sox scandal was players taking money from the mob to throw the World Series. It had zero affect on the game.

Spygate was a case of the Patriots videotaping signals that were easily viewable by 60-80k people sitting in the stands. That is far more egregious.

That would be logical thinking.....but between the spygate junkies, and just jets fans, logic is a very lacking ability.

And what's the alternative? Admit that the Pats are not only superior to the Rats , and one of the gr8 dynasties of modern sports?

Admit that this dynasty was accomplished against the handicap of a salary cap, while the other dynasty that Rats fans care about, the NY Yankees, was accomplished mostly through having a huge financial advantage over the other participants?

Admit that their franchise isn't cursed, but is instead reaping the just desserts of the bad karma begun when the Rats lacked the decency to wait until AFTER the 1996 Superbowl to steal the Pats' HC, as if everything that the Pats and their fans desired and had worked so hard for, was insignificant in light of the Rats needing a new HC?

Admit that Spygate really had no bearing on the Pats' success, as they proved by not only not collapsing into mediocrity, but immediately going on to a perfect season right after Spygate, and have had an even more dominant winning percentage SINCE Spygate?

Admit that while most of the players from the Pats earlier dynasty are now gone, but that the 2nd wave shows signs of being just as dominant, if not moreso?

Admit that the team that they follow is the laughingstock of the NFL, and have no accomplishments since winning SP III 43 years ago (and counting)?

You expect that?

They suck, and not only do they suck, the region they despise the most, and are so positive that they are superior to in every way, New England, is their undeniable superior in the NFL world.
