Belichick should have challenged it. His right foot was definitely, 100% in bounds. The question is did he catch the ball (and have possession) before or after the left foot lifted off the ground. My opinion looking at the replay is YES. This photo only reinforced that belief.

It has to be indisputable.....the ruling on the field was out of bounds.....we would have lost.

Brady missed an open Gronk

Welker stutter stepped and cost 4 points

BB failed to challenge a call, and that may have ended up costing 4 points

Despite all that, the Patriots take the lead into the half and start with the ball.

I'll take it.

thank you Deus, you have made me feel a little better...

after 07' im just not comfortable until a game is over and the Pats have the W

The offense needs a big second half to carry them to the superbowl.

I want a heavy dose of BJGE in the 2nd half. 8 carries for 50 yards

I'm not sure either of you actually read my post before commenting on it.

You said if the Patriots executed better on a few key plays they would be winning by more. I'm saying the Ravens can say the exact same thing. Both teams missed opportunities, my friend.

I think if you have better field position, you let the offense do it thing on the last drive.

But, near the ten yard line, with the way this game is going, a turnover/INT-TD could be catastrophic.

Too much risk compared to chance for reward. Esp when you get the ball to start the 2nd half and are up 3.

Needed Ridley badly in this game. They are reading and reacting, he could have got some serious yds while they analyze the play.

whoever is in the booth telling BB not to challenge needs to go

We must score on the opening drive in the 2nd half to keep the momentum from shifting.

I think this drive to start second half will be KEY.......They honestly NEED a TD there.....

they cannot run the ball

we can run it extremely well

our pass D is not doing so hot, our offense is being stopped in the red zone

my money would be on the patriots in this one, but not by much right now

however, the potential is there for our team to do some much better things in the 2nd half (which is, btw, OUR half)

the ravens do not have that potential, what we have seen from them is what we will get

It has to be indisputable.....the ruling on the field was out of bounds.....we would have lost.

We may have lost, but it was clearly close enough to challenge it.

Imagine if brady did not miss gronks on that wide open touchdown. We would be up by 6 or 7 right now

I feel like one of 2 things is going to happen.

Either the O comes out blazing, and starts the 2nd half w/ a TD, which could lead to a comfortable win.

Or, the D either stops them or holds to a FG, in which case, it probably goes down to the wire.

I see a Tom Brady TD pass in the very near future.

what are you smoking? we couldn't be running the ball much better if we were facing a defense with 7 men out there

I swear, the only way you people would be happy is if Brady was 33/33 for 700 yards and 8 TDs. THey're playing the best defense of the past decade. It's not surprising it's close. They've also neutralized the Ravens main offensive threat. We'll see if Flacco can keep exploiting the secondary. But last time I checked the Pats are still leading.

Can't say i'm confident right now.. Hopefully brady plays better in the 2nd half
