because even though Brees never says anything bad about him and never will. Even SD fans talk about how Brees was treated. I think Rivers is better now, he's grown up, but it was not out of the norm for Rivers to put Brees or other players down during a game.

there was never any controversy between brees and rivers at all, they were always complimenting each other

even rivers credits brees with teaching him about the nfl when he was in his first couple seasons

this video is pretty much an example of sensationalistic media misinformation

everyone knows why sd drafted brees, because marty benched brees due to brees playing really poorly at times, he had big struggles vs denver.

drafting rivers actually lit a fire under brees' ass, and due to rivers holdout he pretty much gave brees the upper hand shot.

brees did something like 27 tds 7 ints, which was awesome

the only reason sd even has rivers now and not brees, is the labrum tear

but there never any animosity at all between them, if you think there was you're very very misinformed.
