I was and am still liking the Mallett pick. I liked the moxy the kid showed and the fact he's come in with a chip on his shoulder, much like Brady did.
That being said, as others have pointed out, it's only about a half of a game he's played. Let's wait until next TC to see what happens. If the Pats trade Hoyer next year, then we'll know that Mallett is the next guy to have earned the right to be the man behind Brady. Every one of us will still be praying that Mallett never has to see the field unless its in "garbage" time or a "garbage" game to end the season.
But let's stop acting like Brady is an interception or two away from being benched. That's just not happening.
