NFL Division Round: Packers at Falcons

Teams lose games, even when they are the #1 seed. They can even get pasted on occasion. The Browns beat the snot out of the Patriots. That doesn't mean the Patriots are frauds.

True. Last year was an anomaly seeing both #1 seeds in the Superbowl.

Right. Who won the Super Bowl last year? From what confrence?

Don't be stupid. I never said that. It's a competitive conference.

My original points were, The Packers are very good and they are - and the Falcons were a good team.

They may be playing like the school of the blind today, but they have been very good all year.

The Falcons are not a very good team. Period. You don't think the Patriots would dump all over them?

Of course they would. What's that got to do with anything I've said?

Ok, you are right. The falcons are not a very good team.....tonight.

I agree 100% with that.

wtf are you on? you could have said the same thing about the browns.

Anything can happen.

If you seriously think the pats would loose to browns at home in a divisional game, you're an idiot.

Try not to be more silly than necessary. Every NFL team is capable of laying an egg. The best teams just tend to lay fewer of them. There was no way the Patriots were going to lose to the Giants in 2007, either.

Aaron rodgers is playing perhaps the best post season game as qb in history, IMO.

I don't think any team could beat the packers today.

Rodgers reminds me of another QB a few yrs ago who was snubbed in the pro bowl.

The Ravens and Steelers would both have beaten, or at least challenged, the Packers today, because they wouldn't have been missing those sacks.. Green Bay's game plan has worked because of the team it's being used against. With Atlanta, that means stopping Abraham from getting to the QB, and then picking the defense apart, since that's not a great coverage team.

what a lame call by mmcarthy for the FG...

LOL. The Packers are 'running up the score' somebody call the Commish! Crosby missed the FG anyways. That was terrible. THUNK. What is it about the postseason that brings out the worst in kickers?

Anybody still watching this game? Do falcons still have any hope.

Except for Adam V

I'm not on anything, except a little bourbon. If you have a point, let me know and I'd be glad to discuss it with you.
