Disagree with that dude. He is damn good. Strong and quick for his size. If he was a Pat you would love him and hardly call him overrated.

He's too small to play for the Pats. Yeah, he's explosive but that's it. He bites too hard on misdirection stuff, is brutal unless he's going upfield, can't cover, can't read from his zone, he's a one trick pony. The perfect shiny type player. All sizzle, no steak.
