When I started this thread, I had no idea it would grow this far. First I'd like to thank God, or continuing to give the jets hope and crushing them every year, next thanks to patsfans.com for giving us a place to discuss how horrible the jets are, and not locking or moving this thread although its on the main forum..and thanks to all the pats fan that contribute to this post, and for continuing to prove to jets fans why they suck, with actual facts...and finally, thanks to the jets fans who come in here, have no logic in you post and try to convince us that the jets done suck with no actual reason why, with out you morons, this thead wouldnt be possible.

When i first saw rex ryan as the head coach of the jets, I thought maybe I will hate this guy less then mangina, then the first time he opened his mouth about not kissing BB rings, I knew he would be worse. Shouldnt you actually acheive something before you start talking like he does?

Cheating their way to a "dynasty" is just pathetic. The way it was just swept under the rug so quickly was even more pathetic, and the way the evidence was destroyed before anyone but Goodell could see how deep this scandal went was just insane. The other NFL teams/players, and fans all deserved to see just exactly how much and how often they were doing this. What they gained by doing this because the turnaround that team had the exact year this started was no coincidence. We deserve to know if they used this taping in Super Bowls because we as fans were cheated by them. I know that my Colts were cheated by them in at least one AFC Championship game. I know the league would have been devastated by letting all of the info come to light, lawsuits, records changed, banishments, etc... but there is only one reason you destroy evidence that quickly, and that is to hide something. When you add that all together with their coach, the most classless guy in the league who was a garbage coach in Cleveland and in New England all the way up to the exact year the cheating started, just makes me disgusted by them. If the organization/Belicheck/their fans would just come out and admit what they did was wrong instead of making excuse after excuse and blaming it on not understanding the rule, then I might have some respect for them. But if your a coach making millions of dollars a year, not understanding the rule is a joke of an excuse because its YOUR JOB to know every rule of the game you are coaching. But not one fan is man enough, not one player is man enough to stand up and admit what they did was wrong, until then, they will always be scum to me.

Why Your Team Won't Win the Super Bowl: New England Patriots

They were the winners of three Super Bowls, and almost had a fourth and a perfect season until the Super Bowl.

Those days are long gone though, and the new Patriots are not the same as those of the past.

In addition to the loss over the last few years of most of the players that made that dynasty possible, adequate replacements have not been brought in to replace those that left.

Not only that, the coaches that made the team possible, along with Scot Pioli, are no longer with the team.

Now, many people will say with Tom Brady under center that the Patriots are still the best team in football , he is not the player he used to be.

Since injuring his knee at the beginning of the 2008 season, Brady never really returned to full form. Some may say that it was because he missed a lot of last year's offseason conditioning program due to that injury.

But what about this year? Brady has not been at Patriots camp like he always was in the past. This is going to hurt because he has new receivers he has to get used to.

Wes Welker tore his ACL and MCL during the last regular season game of last year. There is question as to when he is going to full speed, if at all this year.

Randy Moss is still a great receiver and will probably have a great year with his contract up at the end of the year, and no interest has been shown by the Patriots to resign him.

The biggest question on the offensive line is Logan Mankins, who has been threatened to have his tender offer released on June 15, if he does not sign it before then.

Then there are the defensive concerns. The Patriots secondary is very young, and very inexperienced. Though they have a couple players on their defense that are great players, Vince Wilfork and Brandon Meriweather, the rest of the team is less than Pro Bowl-caliber.

Add all of that to the fact that the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins have both improved their teams this year, and the Patriots are obviously on the decline.

My prediction: The Patriots take a turn for the worse, finishing the season with an 8-8 mark, third place in the AFC East, and out of the playoffs.
