Conan O'Brien has sucked as powerfully as Mega Maid for years, and people are pissed off because NBC wanted to move him to later in the night. Bill O'Brien has to deal with Brady coming off injury, Neal going down again and the lack of a WR3, and do this in his first year on the job, and people are screaming for his head.
