With the #1 seed virtually assured to the Colts, focus should be on the #2 seed and the 1st round bye. The Bengals currently hold that position. I'm looking for the Raiders as the upset of the day over the Bengals. With Benson out and that sorry excuse for a QB being benched by the Raiders, this would be a great upset for Pats fans. Of course, the Pats have to take care of their own business today and the rest of the way first.

Rooting for the raiders is strange.... but I will be today.

Everyone who has a better record than the Pats needs to lose today!

I think the Colts will be the top seed in the AFC, but that's OK. Every time the Pats have made the playoffs as the #2 seed this decade, they have won the playoffs. Every time they have gotten a bye, they have made the SB.

yea, and rooting for KC too

A side benefit to the Bengals losing is that a Raiders win - however unlikely - could benefit the Pats as well. If Oaklnad finishes ahead of the Chiefs this year, they get a 3rd-place rather than a 4th-place schedule next year - which could potentially result in two more losses for the Raiders next year, and a better draft position for the Pats from the pick obtained in the Seymour trade.

TOUCHDOWN RAIIIIIDERS!

Tied game, going to OT.

Raiders with the ball on the Cincy 15 with 23 seconds left. Don't blow it now.

Bengals fumbled the kickoff at 17-17 with 33 seconds left.

Raiders just kicked a FG to win it.

Never been so happy about a Raiders win before.

Raiders pulled it out......

Great job rooting, cloud!!!!

Fun Fact: Reche's younger brother, Andre Caldwell, was the one who fumbled on the kickoff with 33 seconds left to setup the Raiders to win.

I would agree with that. And that's one of the biggest differences between a seasoned team like NE or Indy vs. a talented newbie like Cincinnati. The Bengals have been playing some of the best football in the NFL, but still found a way to lose to the hapless Raiders. The Pats and Colts would never lose a game like that.

Then again, the Steelers managed to lose to the lowly Chiefs. After Pittsburgh beat Denver the announcers suggested that the Steelers could run the table. They've been 0-2 since then.
