Yes, I think that's what bothering everyone for over 4 rounds now.
I suppose that just as Urban can recommend that BB draft a certain guy, he can also recommend a guy not be drafted...

Great. Houston gets James Casey, too.

LOL Philly just took him.

... and Philly takes him... nevermind!

No need to worry about Ingram - Phi gets him

I hope they take Bear Pascoe. Cool name. Sounds like a Stephen King character.

I've been saying all along that they'll take Bear Pascoe-old-school TE who could play in the jumbo package. We'll see.

Sounds like an intriguing prospect.. also from Fresno State..

Ellis Hobbs is no longer a Patriot.

Hey Box, welcome back...who do you like at this stage?

I'm sure the Pats know what they're doing, but... man, it sure seems like they're stubborn sometimes. It's almost like they intentionally blew off the OLB position.

Not many exciting players left. A couple of interesting running backs in Devin Moore and Jeremiah Johnson are there. Johnson kind of fits the profile of some of these other picks -- he was coming off injury, had a better year two years ago. How about Duke Robinson? Ricky Jean-Francois seems like a knucklehead, but he can play. How about Zach Follett? Michael Bennett? Grasping here.

Belichick has been making up for not taking Oher by pushing 3rds into 2nds next year. Hobbs is going to Philly, the Patriots are adding patients to the M*A*S*H unit and the Eagles are having a great draft.

Sorry but I absolutely LOVE the Tate pick.

I'm very surprised that there isn't more of a celebration about landing Brandon Tate.

This kid was much better than Hakeem Nicks at UNC, and if he rehabs well off that injury, he's a first round value at wide receiver.

Sounds a bit like Mankins...PFW says he's "a rugged, down-to-earth cowboy with a physical temperament." Hey who knows, but I can see him playing in the TE spot where we've used Hochstein before.

We have Maroney and Butler as kick returners.

Our luxury is that if there is no one like Mayo available, we can redshirt these guys, IR them, develop them on ST's or just let them learn the system...

Totally agree.

I've got no problem with the Tate pick. He may not be available next year, but is someone who should contribute after that.

Deus, the Patriots turned that pick that would have been Oher into Darius Butler, Brandon Tate, and a 2010 #2. That's a pretty good haul, don't you think?
