1. "We're still doing better than the Democrats"

Someone good at Photoshop morph this into Izdik with the caption "HOPELESS"

Just like he admitted he wasn't ready to play a few weeks ago...

I like it when he refers to Rex as "that toe-sucking b-st-rd"! :D

And today we read at

http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jets/rex-ryan-laments-assistants-succeeding-article-1.2003648

that Rex is setting himself up big time:

No doubt that'll make more than a few Jets fans put their tickets up for sale! :)
We Pats fans should mount a campaign to take over that stadium Dec. 21. Creating enough crowd noise to make them go on a silent count would be incredibly entertaining.

I think it's fair to say that this is the antithesis of the Patriot's approach:

How are #Jets handling Geno Smith? I’m told before he was pulled vs. #Bills, coaches dictated his reads. Tried to simplify. It backfired

Most egregious example of heavy-handed coaching? Before Geno Smith’s pick by #Bills CB Stephon Gilmore, he was told to throw it to Harvin.

"Hey Geno! Geno! Throw it to Harvin. I said Harvin! No not him. Harvin! Har...oh f@*k!

Is ray ray going to be on a very long winded rant about how right he was for the last 8 weeks?

Here it is...The Jet Manifesto and State Of The Franchise address 11/9/2014

It's a great question, and sometime there is no easy answer.

Even at 1-8, I always felt this was a much better team than the record would indicate

The injuries at CB has forced and the coaching staff to completely re-architect the defense all year long, and maybe, those adjustments are now finally paying dividends, that the players are now finally getting comfortable in the modified scheme, and now we are even seeing some players flourish as a result of those adjustments, ie. Jarrett.

Rex has had to completely overhaul his defensive philosophy, but it's a credit to him for final getting the adjustment right, benching Pryor if he was struggling, and finally getting a couple of breaks along the way

Fans don't want to hear it, but football is a game of momentum, that momentum exists during the game, and can exist game to game.

This isn't a case where Ryan and the coaching staff were trying to do one thing for the last 9 games, and all of a sudden today, they made changes. Rex has had to tinker, tweak, and make changes all year long. Each of his game plans have been game specific, but finally, he had a little stability with guys that he has healthy, and Rex was finally able to make it work.

Stable QB play obviously improves the offense, and we saw that the last two weeks since Vick has taken over.

Simply put, this is not a 1-8 team, we aren't a bottom of the league team, we have holes, and we all knew this going into this season with our young roster. Geno is still a player the team is developing, and they will undoubtedly put him back on the field because they need to find out if he at least will be part of the competition for the job in the future

Vick at the very least, is also auditioning for a starting job next year, and could very well be brought back to the Jets if Rex and MM remain with the team.

I know the SOJF and others are all opining for a complete overhaul with the CS and GM, but this Jets team will finish with 6-7 wins, because they just aren't that bad of a team, they were just on a real tough stretch of games where they had to play unbelievably good QB's and offenses, and solid to very good NFL teams.

There were only 2 really bad losses o the 8, against the Chargers, a good team, and the Bills a decent team.

It also should not be overlooked that the offense has improved since Harvin joined the team, that will only continue as he continues to become a big part of the offense.

It's not just Vick taking over at QB, I think Harvin would have helped Geno too, Geno hasn't been poor all year long, but has had a stretch of a couple of bad games.

Watch out NFL...here comes Rex and the Jets!!!!!

What the hell does Rah Rah think he was watching? The Jets won because the Steelers had a couple of concentration/bounce turnovers. They didn't win because of their own play*.

*Note: what's sauce for the goose...

The best course is to start Geno ... Vick might win too many LOL.

We just lost Mariota today. But I still think Cooper is a possibility....but if we just stop playing our decent 34 year old QB who won't be on the team next year we may still be able to trade up for the Duck.

This win against the Steelers may have just cost us our 2015 and 2016 draft picks - the price to trade up this draft.

This is 1st season in NFL history that 5 rookie WRs have at least 500 rec yds through wk 10, per Elias. Jets 3 WR draft picks: 0 catches.

Besides Amaro, entire Jets 2014 draft class: No contribution whatsoever.

Jet fan now thinks his team is wonderful and the sky is the limit after the inspirational win over the Steelers.
I searched around to find what fans from all the other teams in the NFL think of this and the following clip sums it up rather succinctly.....

Well, Mark Sanchez is officially my favorite non-Patriot in the league. It's amazing what a new uniform will do. The guy went through more negativity in his career than anyone I can think of in recent memory, and tonight he was looking like Dan Marino for Philadelphia. Guy has an awesome attitude. Lot of men would of probably folded under the circumstances. Have to respect that, and as an added bonus, it's killing Jet fans, and it should. The joke is on them. Eagles looking like an improved NFC favorite.

Mark Sanchez:

Sanchez stopped off at both Pat's And Geno's last night and was greeted like a hero by Philly fans.

if only the iggles played the Jets this year. They do end the season playing the Giants in the jersey swamp.

This must be killin the Jets fans

The tattoo and Rex's moobs ... priceless. Please post this again, often!
