god do i hate the NFC...seems like all the teams suck

That should do it.

Damn, even Eli's pump fakes look gooberish and clownish.

That should be ball game there.

guess that Tampa 2 is really a pile of #2...an 8 minute sledgehammer to the skull

Maybe the Jints have more character than thought.
I'm 3/3 on picks so far this weekend, not that it was a challenge except for this game.

Of course now we have to worry about the NFL "choreographing" a Manning v Manning Super Bowl.

Whaaaaaaat?

I tuned in im the 3rd quarter but I've seen 3 times they could have had big big plays including a TD but, for HIS poor, wobbily, under and over the thrown balls.

You, along with pretty much everyone else here, have got to stop expecting perfection. These teams don't suck, and these players don't suck. As Patriots fans, we've been watching a 16-0 team that is probably the greatest team of all time, and far too many people here have come to demand perfection (just look at the game threads) instead of realizing just how exceptional the Patriots have been.

Eli's playing fine against a top ranked NFL defense.

So much for the number 2 defense. The Bucs never got into this thing. Giants offense really took away the Bucs game.

Please Troy Aikman the Bucs made a mistake resting them for two weeks admit it stop with the BS.

The Jags played last night, Garrard, right? :D

You know what football term du jour, or of the year, I'm getting tired of? The edge. Everything is off the edge. I even heard a running play today that was described as "on the edge".

JAG- Just Another Guy- a negative term for a journeyman player.....

no doubt...Eli out tea bagged Jeff Teabagger today...Tampa played pathetically. No excuse for letting a team with a back-up 200 lb RB run 8 minutes off the clock and score a TD

Well they're winning (as I predicted in the playoff thread) but, that team could be so much more with a better QB. Eli throws way to many wobbly balls and at 42 years old I think I've seen enough NFL football to not base my judgements on 1 Patriots team. Thanks anyway.

Really? When did 20-27 for 185 and 2 touchdowns against a top 5 defense become a bad outing?

Oy, clearly your not interpreting what I'm saying so I'm just going to leave it at that.

so much for all those who thought Coughlin did a bad job going all out last week...they had injuries and bumps and briuses but they got something they nver would have had if they rested the best players...
