You seem to be confused because the only guy that could ever be considered to be the Patriots GM besides BB would be Pioli. Who was GONE in 2008 for that draft.

Either way the GM has and always will be Bill Belichick. Go look at his job title head coach/general manager.

If your troll response is not even factually correct, you probably suck at trolling.

The Chiefs hired Scott Pioli in January of 2009. Which, if this really has to be said, was after the 2008 draft. Because the 2008 draft happened in 2008. Try again.

Sorry, but you can't answer a post that hit the nail on the head. Your contention was that 'at least Revis GOT to two AFCCG's in a row'.

When you were confronted with the FACT, that the Pats did the very same thing the past two years (and actually WON one of them), you fall back on a troll whine.

The facts are there for everyone to see, despite your drama.

I didn't whine at all. I noted the hole in your really silly argument, which you had to know was there when you posted the argument in the first place, and you came back with a really weak rejoinder. You avoided using the Colts, for example, because Manning and his big contract winning a SB would have destroyed your argument before you even began.

Look, I get it. You want to troll. That's great, and the draft is a great time to do it, because people are hyped up about what happened. Just stop sucking at it. That's all I'm asking.

a random page out of your posting history

New England Patriots Forums - PatsFans.com Patriots Fan Messageboard

25 or 26 straight negative posts...just clicking on a page number.

so you throw a few bucks at the site and THIS proves what a Patriots fan you are??? It proves you are a complete whack job obsessed with slamming the Patriots on every single issue they face...as YOUR written and archived posts attest...you slam every single thing that happens in Foxboro every single day you've been a member here....and you brag about it because you PAID to? I respond to you because I find your incessant non-stop whining, complaining, criticizing and mongoloidal outbursts ("what about Bequette??????") to be the equivalent of a cyber pinata....keep hating and viciously lashing out at every person who sees through your "game"..it's very entertaining.

I probably had one negative post and then spent 24 or 25 posts reiterating my points against legions of homers attacking me.

I didn't brag about anything I said the fact that I give money to this site probably means I like the Patriots and talking about Patriots football. Thinking logically might help. Just by your posting style I would say you are the wack job.

Yes I had a random outburst about Bequette even though I was responding to someone suggesting Bequette was anything but a bust?

You clearly have a narrative in your head and are warping reality to fit it. How does your period key even function anymore with all the ellipses you use?

Except, once again, the Patriots will always be looking to add depth at any position. So not only are you trying to ignore something you said ("overall depth doesn't matter"), your comment about "not needing overall depth" couldn't be more wrong. Denial on top of the ST memory loss? You really should get that checked out first thing in the morning.

All he has is denial and "troll" whines tonight.

He is off his game and is panicking. Too bad he can't just stay on the discussion.

Ah my bad sorry that is my mistake completely you can throw out the 08 draft stuff I was saying, but the 09 draft was awful in those rounds as well, so I think the point still stands. And in the end like I said the GM has and always will be BB while he is in NE. We both know it semantics about Pioli doesn't change much.

Yawn. Another factual error. You can only write invective with no basis.

Pioli was with the Patriots for the 2008 season, despite your invention.

Here is what is sad - neither of them offer any possible solutions as to what the Patriots can do with five picks in the next three rounds that will help this team address their needs and get good players. That is what is truly sad.

Um yes I stated he wasn't a fit so that disproves your point that I would be singing on the rooftops if we drafted him. I said nothing about how he would be as a pro, just said he wouldn't be a good pro with us. He can be great in an offense with minimal complexities.

Are you Patterson's mom? Have you followed this team and what happens with dumbass receivers when they get here?

Damn you and Ivan should talk about your feelings about the wide receivers you've both lost.

How do you know he's dumb? Did you think Moss was smart prior to coming to New England? I'm 100% sure you probably thought he wasn't the brightest of bulbs. How did that turn out?

Yup one mistake again in numerous posts and you grab onto it like its reality. The draft was just as bad in 09, I admitted it was totally my error and you can throw out anything about that draft, which I wrote about in 1 or 2 posts MAX.

Yes, the 2009 draft pretty much sucked. Maybe it took some time to get everything in place after losing both Pioli and Dimitroff. Maybe Belichick and the scouting department did a poor job that year. Maybe they were just unlucky. Hard to say, but that bad draft was followed by three straight years where the Pats knocked it out of the park in rounds 2-4.

If you disagree, please cite one team that drafted more impact players in those rounds over that timespan. Any unbiased observer who looks at the Pats' track record post-Pioli would be forced to conclude that the Pats do an excellent job of drafting in this range. Three excellent years and one bad year = great overall record. Most teams would kill for that overall haul.

He scored an 11 on the wonderlic.

But the GM has always been Bill Belichick so do you think he has gotten better at drafting in these rounds? If so that is fair, if the trend continues I'll be pleased.

CB Johnthan Banks, DE Margus Hunt and WR Aaron Dobson

please

no I don't ...here's ANOTHER thread you go beserk in calling Pats fans here all kinds of pejoratives because they didn't pay Julius Peppers a huge contract...you forget this???...oh..and by the way...I can keep smashing you in the cyber mouth with these shots all night...they are YOUR own words...

It is cheapness they do not like to pay for top end talent unless they are groomed in their system and have put in years of vastly overplaying their contracts. Even then they push them out the door sometimes. Example #1 Wes Welker.

I guess them spending to the cap means they aren't cheap. Don't they not like to give out big signing bonuses like other teams? Because they don't wanna spend the cash. It's a business buddy they're squeezing all the success they can out of Tom Brady, once he retires you'll see the bandwagon break apart.

page after page of vicious insults and mocking of the Patriots, their fans , everything they've accomplished and no end to the vindictiveness and insults in sight...good thing you PAID Ian to wage this war on everyone else...appreciate it...now, back to ranting and raving about "the "homers here!!!!"....

You began with "I didn't whine at all." ....and then continued you perpetual "troll" whine.

You can't handle the fact that you are being called out for being factually wrong.

Your ego is bruised, so the only thing you can then do is to cry "troll". Better you should cry it out.

For my part, I repeat that the kneejerks who are complaining about not getting the big name and how the Pats won't be getting any starters who can contribute right off the bat from the 3rd or 4th rounds are just as silly as the guy who posted within minutes a thread saying that what BB did to Minnesota is illegal in several states.

But don't let your perpetual certitude get in the way of reality.

Yes because I was the only one hurling insults in that thread  I am really not sure what you are trying to prove, I have never acted like I don't have an unpopular opinion on this site. Yes they are my words, what exactly is your point and what are you doing to "smash me".

Stop acting like someone has attacked you personally its a message board settle down, it'll all be ok.

Can someone translate this?

You can ignore anything I said about the 2008 draft if you are inclined to think Pioli was the GM before 2009. Simple english.

I would love to hear just one thought from either of them regarding 2 players that the Pats should draft in rounds 2 and 3 in order to become a better team because it is clear that neither Deus nor Brady2Moss have one single thought as to what they should do in the next two days.
