This would make more sense (not much, but a little), if Revis the Great hadn't gotten to the AFCCG twice, including once after beating BB the Great's team.

Ooooohh....... such a huge accomplishment!!!!

It's what the Pats have done the past two years in a row and everyone is *****ing about it.

Do you need a diagram?

No - he needs a team roster. I guess I am not going to get an answer regarding what he would do in rounds 2 through 4 because they didn't take a player at pick 29 even though at least one GM has stated that this is the worst draft from the top in 10 years.

No, it's a valid response to an argument you made that was foolish to begin with. You seem to be all about the trolling tonight, for some reason.

No need. See, the problem was that you only bolded the portion of the sentence that fit your snarky, and really stupid, reply:

while completely ignoring the rest of the sentence:

As I said, you didn't bother reading for comprehension.

Except, once again, the Patriots will always be looking to add depth at any position. So not only are you trying to ignore something you said ("overall depth doesn't matter"), your comment about "not needing overall depth" couldn't be more wrong. Denial on top of the ST memory loss? You really should get that checked out first thing in the morning.

I answered this question, you probably missed it while getting all excited that others have joined in your trolling of the original point. Trade down equals less chance of an impact guy.

Trying to keep it real simple for you.

im not saying i wanted the pats to Draft Patterson but i think that whole you have to be super smart to play for the pats offense is over rated, just look at Gronk and moss they are not rocket scientist but with they are is freak athletics that can get open vs anyone my point is if you can get open Brady will find you

The team has 53 available spots, plus the practice squad. They're not looking to add depth at "any" position. The word that would apply to many positions would be "upgrade", not depth.

Again, I'm fine. Thanks for the concern, though.

I never said ANYTHING about total draft failures, I said rounds 2-4.

Rounds 2-4 in 08 = Wheatley, Crable, O'Connell, Wilhite ALL garbage
I see NO starters in those rounds.
Rounds 2-4 in 09 = Chung, Brace, Butler, Vollmer, McKenzie, Ohrnberger
I see 1 starter in those rounds.

That is 10 picks 1 starter in the rounds I discussed. Stop changing the argument I never said anything about total draft failures.

If you have to go back 5 years and a different GM to make your point, then your point probably sucks.

BB and Brady have said Randy is the smartest receiver they have both ever worked with. Gronk is a freak of nature and he may appear to be an idiot when on Sportscenter, but he probably has a high football IQ.

Sorry you are MOST LIKELY not going to get a starter that makes an impact any time soon. I already stated earlier that the probability was less, sorry that I didn't include the qualifier most likely in every single one of my posts.

When some writes "You are not going to get......" it doesn't mean "You are most likely not going to get......"

English. Try it, kid.

I stated in multiple threads Patterson is not a fit for us because he's a dummy. You lose.

So YOU stated huh. Because you said so. LOL. Dude, you know as much as my dog as far as how this guy is going to be as a pro. The only thing we can look at definitively is how he looked on film and he looked great against SEC defenses. But because your head is so far up your @$$, maybe you didn't see the film?

I don't know why we just didn't pick Patterson. He's got the height and speed to excel on the outside so he fills a need. Plus he's got the versatility that BB loves. Doesn't make sense to me.

The draft stuff on him doesn't appear to fit us, route running in particular. The real problem was his hair bun and that poorly fitted semi-Tuxedo. I'm still laughing about that, sorry, can't take him seriously.

It doesn't matter to him, because it won't be a dazzling, big name that would set the Twitterdom afire. Unless they get Teo, he won't be wetting himself.

You never answered the question of what players you would want on this roster. Let me make this as simple for you as possible.

WHAT PLAYERS WOULD YOU DRAFT IN ROUNDS 2-4 and WHAT PLAYER WOULD YOU HAVE TAKEN AT PICK 29?

If you have to go back 5 years and a different GM to make your point, then your point probably sucks.

You seem to be confused because the only guy that could ever be considered to be the Patriots GM besides BB would be Pioli. Who was GONE in 2008 for that draft.

Either way the GM has and always will be Bill Belichick. Go look at his job title head coach/general manager.

If your troll response is not even factually correct, you probably suck at trolling.

Yes because I forgot to add the qualifier in 1 post, but said in numerous other posts that you can get a starter it just is lower percentages than the 1st round it automatically changes my argument forever.

It's what the Pats have done the past two years in a row and everyone is *****ing about it.

FWIW, being the best player on a team that makes back to back AFCCGs does say something (both for Brady and for Revis). It's especially noteworthy when you're a CB and your team is saddled with Mark ******* Sanchez at QB

Never said that, said the track record is not good in those rounds , reread the posts if you are confused its simple probabilities.

This post is barely readable because of the dots, random capitalized outbursts, and excess punctuation of fragments (couldn't even manage to write a whole sentence?)

You clearly do not know what a troll is, there is a difference between someone with the opposite opinion of the majority and someone just seeking to rile people up. You are just spouting nonsense to get the homers to light their torches.

Right the only "real" Patriots fans are those that blindly believe in BB and value. I'm sorry that I don't place such a high value on being a "fan" as to think other fans want to ride my coat tails.

I'm clearly a jagoff Jets fan even though I have donated money to this site . Get a grip.

When did I ever say the Patriots have completely failed? I said stop fawning over some imaged beat down on the trade value chart it doesn't mean anything except we have more picks that maybe can lead to a higher yield of good players if a lot of picks in low percentage rounds pan out.

I never said ANYTHING about total draft failures, I said rounds 2-4.

25 or 26 straight negative posts...just clicking on a page number.

so you throw a few bucks at the site and THIS proves what a Patriots fan you are??? It proves you are a complete whack job obsessed with slamming the Patriots on every single issue they face...as YOUR written and archived posts attest...you slam every single thing that happens in Foxboro every single day you've been a member here....and you brag about it because you PAID to? I respond to you because I find your incessant non-stop whining, complaining, criticizing and mongoloidal outbursts ("what about Bequette??????") to be the equivalent of a cyber pinata....keep hating and viciously lashing out at every person who sees through your "game"..it's very entertaining.

No, it's a valid response to an argument you made that was foolish to begin with. You seem to be all about the trolling tonight, for some reason.

Sorry, but you can't answer a post that hit the nail on the head. Your contention was that 'at least Revis GOT to two AFCCG's in a row'.

When you were confronted with the FACT, that the Pats did the very same thing the past two years (and actually WON one of them), you fall back on a troll whine.

The facts are there for everyone to see, despite your drama. You're like the kid who takes his ball and goes home when things don't go his way. When you are exposed like this, you cry "troll". Sad.

Um yes I stated he wasn't a fit so that disproves your point that I would be singing on the rooftops if we drafted him. I said nothing about how he would be as a pro, just said he wouldn't be a good pro with us. He can be great in an offense with minimal complexities.

Are you Patterson's mom? Have you followed this team and what happens with dumbass receivers when they get here?

Damn you and Ivan should talk about your feelings about the wide receivers you've both lost.
