A good friend of mine, Josh Parry, was the starting FB for the Eagles in this one.

A few tidbits he shared:
- they were completely confused when the Patriots early on had 2 down linemen
- they couldn't stand Rodney and wanted a shot at him
- when the Eagles were down by 10 in the 4th, there wasn't a call to go hurry up from the bench and even the players didn't understand it

Seeing that terrible opening kickoff by Vinatieri makes me remember why they drafted Gostkowski.

Still pisses me off that Troy Brown's terrific punt return with 9:07 remaining in the 3rd quarter was negated by a dumbass holding penalty by the thoroughly execrable Dexter Reid. That waste of space cost us 3 points all by himself.
