Someone over at reddit.com/r/nfl found this, thought it was pretty interesting... I get frustrated on his behalf just looking at it.

I get frustrated trying to see these JPGs at the top of the screen, when the stupid banner that I have YET TO EVER CLICK ON ('todays most popular') ALWAYS gets in the way.

Redzone stats aside, a lot of those passes were clustered in the middle of the field. Once Rob comes back, it'll alter the spacing of the passing attack.

Gronkowski's presence alone will free-up more vertical routes along the perimeter. Once that happens, I expect them to be far more dynamic with big plays downfield.

Great data for opposing defenses. Wonder if this supports 2 wide safeties against this offense.

.

Nothing is surprising here. For a right armed QB, the left sideline is expected to be the worst, and it is. The deep right sideline throws are disappointing though, and if my memory serves me right, 3 out of the 4 of those misses are more on Brady than the receiver. Seems like a few missed opportunities within 5-7 yards of the LOS to Thompkins.

Also, the lack of attempts to go down the right side of the field is surprising.

We've got to be able to run the freaking ball. My fear is that it will be closer to last Thursday night than it will the first game vs BUF.

Running the ball effectively + adding in some screens to the RB/flat passes would go a long way, although the loss of Vereen makes this more difficult.

Obviously a viable TE pass here and there would also help. It can't all be on the WR's in terms of the passing game. They've got to try and utilize as much of the options on offense as possible.

This game may be tough tomorrow. I hope I am wrong.

Yeah. I thought about resizing it and then I thought "Wait, it's not 2005, I shouldn't have to bump this down to 640x480 because everyone has giant freaking monitors."

Except people who browse on a tablet. But **** them, tablets are for reading comic books on the ****ter not hardcore football postin'.
