I've got to be honest, letting Revis go seems like it was wise move, at the price point anyway. Guys are getting open on him with some regularity. It's peculiar to observe.

I think that hamstring injury must still be nagging, because he seems significantly worse into and out of his cuts than he was left year. Even projecting for some year-to-year decline based on his age, I think there's more to it at play. He also looked a lot better in the first couple weeks... which, to be fair, is another factor that comes with age.
