Worst franchise: Oakland or Detroit?

You can argue the Rams, Cardinals or Lions are worse, you can argue Detroit has a bad history, which is true, but the Raiders have turned dysfunction into an art form. As soon as the Raiders start to make progress Al Davis steps in pulls the rug out from underneath the team.

My personal feeling is that Al Davis took one too many rides on the Ronald Reagan freeway.
