What I don't get tho, why doesn't Ellsbury steal second since the catcher has a very poor average against runners and Jacoby is lightning. Then, Lugo bunts him to third. He would have scored the insurance run on the second out. Speaking of strategy, if Big Papi plays first in Denver, why not just bring back Buckner.
