Worst Argentinian team I have seen in a long time , passing sideways or backwards...terrible

Messi goal revitalized them.
Unfortunately for me being a Mexico fan we are trash

Southgate has no balls and no imagination. Alexander-Arnold should have been in instead of Trippier but Southgate won't put him in because he's not great defensively. You have Kane who is a great finisher, but he's a guy who needs service and won't get it from Trippier. Foden is a world class player, but Southgate has no clue what to do with him. He's a guy who can create, which is exactly what that midfield needs. He should be in for Sterling. It's pretty telling when Englands first sub was Henderson. A game where the team was screaming for offence and he puts in a defensive midfielder.

I know he's playing for the point to put themselves in position to get out of the group, but if you can't trust your team to play well against the U.S how are you gonna trust them against teams like France, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, etc..? There's no need to play a conservative game today and leave some of your best players on the bench. The U.S has talent and athleticism but if you're England you can't be afraid of this game, it's not gonna set them up with confidence when they go against the better countries. These England players test themselves every week against the worlds best in the Premier League and Champions League. They get to the World Cup and their idiot manager goes conservative against a team that isn't a world powerhouse.
To be fair hendo was fine. Trent is also a massive liability, he’s been awful defensively

Trippier, shaw over Alexander isn’t the issue

Another surprising upset MAR 2 - BEL 0

Are people skipping work to watch team USA on Tuesday?

Casemiro came through in the clutch for Brasil. Was looking like a draw there

Mbappe is the class of the tournament; no one is close
His first step is ridiculous and the separation he creates after a couple of strides is unworldly
Dude would crush it as an NFL WR

Mbappe's counterpart Dembele at RW is no slouch either with a first step launch almost as lethal

Rooting for a France-Brazil final

Uruguay have just remembered they are supposed to kick the ball and not the opposing player.

Another day, another W for the future 6th time world champion

Switzerland came to defend, and that's why they did, doubling on Vini Jr. on every play.

Bruno Guimarães in place of Fred changed the style of our play enough to give more vitality to our midfield, that was crucial for us opening up the field more and box the Swiss in, chocolate style

Next on the menu:

Shrimps

Good luck to my brothers here in the Forum against Iran. They are very well trained, but you are better. It all comes down to this

England v Wales........like watching a Prem league game.....dull. Hope for a better second half.

1-0 USA! Only 45 minutes to until we reach the knockout stage...

Think we are seeing what Wales are like without prime Bale and Ramsay....ordinary. England showing what they can do

Even Joe Theismann didn't scream as loud as that Iranian guy there...

USA advances!!!!

So US plays one of the better teams possibly without it's best player??

So does MEX have to win by 2+ and POL lose by 2+ to advance?
