Wolf prefers to go best player available

Where are you seeing all of these comments from their front office? Other than a couple of really vague quotes from Wolf I haven’t seen any of the comments you are attributing to Vrabel and Cowden.
From Vrabel himself. He spoke during the FA period. Also you can go to YouTube patriots channel they have interviews with players, coaches ect. Things the local news isn't going to report.

One thing worth noting is that it's advantageous for the Pats to make it seem like they're all-in on BPA because it encourages teams to trade up with them. If some team like the Raiders really want Jeanty, but they think the Pats might take Jeanty at 4, the Raiders might flip a future 2nd to go up 2 spots. The Pats will willingly take that capital to drop to 6 and still get Will Campbell.

if a 5 foot 8 & 1/2 inch, 211 pound running back is the 4th best player in the draft, the talent level in the draft sucks ass

I agree with BPA; I don't think Wolf can identify a BPA...

Barry Sanders and Ladainlian Thompson say hi

Caption this.

“Yuck, he’s a schmuck, Jonnie.”

With regards to Will Campbell, I read some Reddit reactions to his Pro Day measurements, which always are more favorable to the athletes than official Combine measurements. This discussion caught my attention:

Small arms and tape of him getting absolutely worked by some top edge rushers.

Can we stop wishing for this to be the pick?

Exactly. People acting like it's just the arms are missing his actual play. He didn't get destroyed in college, but, from what I saw, he didn't handle edge rushers the way you want from a top five pick. Guys like Alt, Slater, Sewell were just brick walls in college. They don't even look like they're trying, they're just kind of standing there shuffling their feet a little and the pass rusher never gets within five feet of the QB.

That's definitely not Campbell. He was good but he definitely got beat occasionally, missed pickups, and got pushed back every now and then. He was at his best doing guard things like pushing forward and using his athleticism to block ahead.

Finally thank you Vrabs won’t let us draft the over rated Campbell certainly not at 4.

This is the time of the season
1 month from the draft
Where anything that comes out of the mouth’s of GM’s or Coaches is BS
Let the circus begin

Exactly. "We're not drafting for need" = ********.

They're drafting a LT in the first 38 picks, and very likely another one later on, and there's no amount of hot air that will convince anyone otherwise.

If we go with a surprise pick, I’d rather go Warren. Elite TEs have been a cheat code the past decade.

Schefter currently sees the Browns taking Carter and the Giants taking Sanders. That would be the ideal scenario to land Hunter. I don't see it happening but what a blessing that would be if it did.

OMG this would fall the Patriots way.
I would love to have either Carter or Hunter, torn at Jeanty at 4.
What if Hunter is there at 4 and the Patriots pass.
