I get the 'wait and see' approach.

To me, last season's free agency alone was enough to fire him. And to say he was satisfied with the offensive line going into the season...that's fireable too.

I think he’s just too amicable. I’m sure he probably knew it was not a good line last year but didn’t want to be forthcoming about it. Tries too hard to be the nice guy, which doesn’t make for a great GM. Thankfully he has Vrabel now to be in charge.
