With our D, are we one and done?

yeah...uh...let me know when last year's defense mounts a pass rush that gets to the QB in UNDER 10 seconds...the Sancrud to Edwards pass that broke the Pats back took over 7 seconds IN THE POCKET unmolested before Sanbust threw to a WIDE OPEN Edwards.

I doubt the Patriots D line will look THAT horrid this post season.

It's interesting though. Last year's D had a better secondary compared to this season but this season's pass rush is quite better than last year.

Than being said, FO ranks our D 32nd. Last year, it was moved between 27 to a high of 22.

They gelled into a nice squad until the Jets exposed the Pats lack of pass rush in the playoff game where Sanchez just stood strong in the pocket and efficiently carved up the D.

You might be being a little generous there. Sanchez was efficient, but not much was asked of him. He completed 16/25 passes for 194yds, the biggest issue was field position and poor redzone D in that game. The defense by no means played a good game, but they sure weren't the reason the Pats lost... they lost as a team playing poorly in all three phases of the game.
