I like watching with other fans, but I'd MUCH rather watch alone than watch with someone who doesn't care, isn't paying attention, and is annoying me.
I watched Super Bowl 42 with some family members(diehard Pats fans) and one casual Pats fans. At the end of the game I slammed my hat, the casual fan picked it up and handed it to me, so I slammed it again. This guy picks it up once more and gives me the whole "it's just a game, we'll get em next year".......no casual fans are invited this time.
I'll be watching alone seeing as I don't personally know another NFL fan, never mind a Pats fan. Plus its kinda hard to convince people to come over and watch a game that'll finish around 4am on a Sunday evening.
Alone. In the man cave. No contact w/ outside world. Cannot stand watching big games with people around and at SB parties most fans are casual.
