Don't underestimate coaches who want their QBs to be the stars. To that point, Staffords 1 yard TD numbers vs Maye handing it off 5 times at the 1 against the Dolphins. Thats why they have a hard time winning consistently in the playoffs.

Lawrence has no sense whatever of the nuances of playing qb. He can't read the field, shape his throws, or rise to any occasion that calls for anything extra. All a QB like him gets you is a long, slow swirl around the drain, year after year. Must be frustrating to be a fan, or a teammate, I would think.
