Why was Cassel on the bench last year?

I suggest you get in the car right now, drive to Gillette, and ask Belichick this question during the post-game press conference.

While he might not answer you, I think the look he gives you will give you your answer.

Another question ....

Why wasn't Hochstein used as a blocking FB last season?

Why doesn't our offensive unit consist of just 11 quarterbacks? The defense would never know who we'd hike the ball to, and they could just lateral to eachother until one gets open and then make a deep pass every play!

Oh sarcasm how I love thee.

You do know how to use smilies, don't you?

I should have stuck one in there. It wasn't a serious question, just a complement of his running ability. He could be a decent RB though. Obviously the reason why not is you can't risk an injury to back up qb like that.

Reminds me of an old video game called "10 yard fight".

Matt is what, 6' 4", and while he's not as slow as Brady, nowadays, you want low to the ground guys that are fast and strong as your running backs. Matt isn't either of those.

Loved that game although Tecmo Super Bowl and John Elway's Quarterback were better

We could have used him at RB, with the injuries we had.

I read too many smart posts from you to think that this is serious, but you really should have used a smiley. People are a little jittery now.
