you say Willis at 240 is to small.. But now you say that is the minimum..

Yes, 240 is my minimum. That is the benchmark I use to thin the field, Pos at 238 got a brief look because of his college production, but I eliminated him for the same reasons I wound up eliminating Willis from my worklist. Measurables are the starting point, not the finish line.
