Source: WR Coates had sports hernia surgery

Coates is the second Steeler that wasn't properly listed on the injury report. The Seahawks and Sherman also disregarded the league's rules on injury reporting.

So clearly it's a thing. And I'm sure the second there's even a hint of us doing something similar, we will get slammed.

Just another reason this league is a total joke...

Something could come from this.

After all, coming down hard on the Pats for deflategate was to appease the owners.

He'll have to come down hard on the Steelers to appease the gamblers.

Cue the Circus Music....

Such crap maybe we would have beaten the Steelers if..Oh wait .

If i am not mistaken.. the injury report is for public disclosure. People buying expensive tickets and gambling. I am not talking about the punishment of the seahawks but the injury report is designed to help the fan.

If the injury report is allegedly designed to inform the opposing team who might or might not play in an upcoming game, then doesn't fudging the injury report impact the other teams game planning???

I do not get any of this, selective enforcement taping from the wrong location on the field.. oh never mind, so tired of this bullshyt.. sooner or later what goes around, comes around payback is a bytch.

Actually I think that the Steelers non injury report was much worse than the Seahawks. I'm pretty sure that Sherman practiced the whole time. bell however was given multiple days of from practice and that was listed by the Steelers as "non injury related" which we all know now was a complete lie. Let's see how the NFL's Department of Integrity deals with them.
