I had something like that also ... got it at F&R Bargain Center in the Artic section of downtown West Warwick RI ... was a head joint.

I think it was in either Pawtucket or Central Falls. It was a great head shop. The fake 8 track cartridge says "Head Cleaner" on the outside. After all these years I still have a paraquat test kit. Remember that scare?
