Who mimics Russel Wilson in practice?

I think squirrel is a better choice than Jimmy G.

Jimmy doesn't seem to have the same short area quickness as Edleman.

I'd be a little concerned about wearing Julian out in practice.
It's Garoppolo. That's the job of the backup QB. He's athletic enough to mimic Wilson (who isn't as quick as Edelman).

Dude.

Edelman cannot be wasting time as a scout team player.

He has to practice the PATRIOTS offensive plan with Brady. The Patriots are a SCHEME offense, meaning they change their plan each week depending on the opponent. They need to practice that scheme. Edelman cannot waste time Halloweening as a QB in practice.

Jimmy G is a QB who is very mobile and quick. He plays the scout team QB almost every week anyhow - that is one of his main jobs.

This thread is making my head explode.

My vote goes to Julian Edelman.

First off, I don't believe that Tom Brady can win this game for us if the defense doesn't bring it's A game. Brady and the offense need to play a relatively mistake free, and that means playing within themselves. If the game gets put on Brady's shoulder like it was in the Raven's contest, the Pats will lose.

I believe that the key to this game will be how well our defense adjusts to the read option, and the ability of Russel Wilson to scramble and improvise when pressured. He's a remarkable quarterback in this regard, and the Patriot's ability to mitigate the damage he can do during these plays will be critical.

I say Vince Wilfork. Great question. Don't quit your day job.

If Jimmy had to mimic Rodgers, would he get a boyfriend?

What about the Seahawks and just about every other team?

Who could anybody find to play " Brady"??

It's just not possible and certainly Tavaris Jackson isn't that guy.

Edelman's too tall. Maybe they can borrow Woodhead, or maybe flutie would like a gig.

Flutie actually would have been perfect...!
