It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Corners are fine. They’ve made some moves to address OT, is it seems fairly certain that a move will be made to add help at outside CB ahead of week 1. Having a year two guy facing uncertain legal issues that hasn’t looked great lately and a rookie, who while very talented and promising, has never played an NFL snap, is not enough for the cupboard. It’s a CB group that collectively on paper can’t afford a single injury.
As it stands with the current roster it suggests they may rotate Jon Jones outside even if everyone is healthy and use Marcus Jones to spare him inside in those circumstances.
Don’t have a great pulse around the league on who might be out there, but would think they’d atleast throw something at the wall. Least they could do even if it doesn’t stick.

ahhh, i am unfamiliar with his contract demandsHes asking for too much money

Gonzales

Mills
The 6th option won’t be starter quality, but what teams is?
Yes we can whine that we don’t have starting caliber players on the inactive list just in case, but no team can reasonably expect that.

I told you, Malcolm Butler’s trying to get back into the league. Case closed.Add a guy with history of being a reliable outside corner and all grounds would seem covered. They don’t have to be a superstar, just someone who can fill an area of need/non depth, and replace someone like Bryant who is redundant and not reliable.

Gonzales is starting and playing full time- Gonzales is an unproven rookie
- Jack Jones is in an uncertain situation and hasn’t looked great
- Jon Jones and Myles Jones are ideal in slot. Slot doesn’t look to be a problem with these guys and safeties they have who can contribute there, nor is it the basis of this thread
- Mills is playing safety and seems to be among those most likely tasked with filling many of McCourty’s past responsibilities

Well said! Bradley Roby is a name.. he's been a solid corner in the league.. he can play inside and outside as well. I've said that I'd rather a proven player come in.. enough with the Non descriptive Special teams/ " potential " 6th rounder from someone else's practice squad.. only if Wade was real possibility at outside CB would help to solve. However he's done nothing!- Gonzales is an unproven rookie

Veterans get cut because they can’t play any more.Well said! Bradley Roby is a name.. he's been a solid corner in the league.. he can play inside and outside as well. Here we go.. Roby is a name, and can still play.. he'd be asked to come in and fill a role at outside CB.. in rotation..young players don't get cut becuase they haven't developed its becuase they can either play or they can't.. the speed of the game is the biggest acclamation for young players..Veterans get cut because they can’t play any more.
Young players get cut because they haven’t developed yet
Looking for names you recognize from the past instead of prospects with a future on the waiver wire us backward.
Young players aren’t in camp if they don’t have potential. They are cut because they aren’t ready yet. Old players are cut because they can’t play any more. If Riby was still any good why would they cut him? Here we go.. Sure if a guy is cut for cap reasons but that doesn’t appear to be the case.Could be varies reasons.. could Malloy still play when he got cut in 03? Sometimes players are expandable when you have depth at certain positions...or could be efforts to cut $$
Milloys play didn't decline he was expandable due to Rodney having just signed. Malloy was still in his prime.Sure if a guy is cut for cap reasons but that doesn’t appear to be the case.
Milloy was asked to take a paycut because his play had declined.
No. Milloy had a stat line of 0 int, 0 sacks, 0 fumbles caused, 0 fumbles recovered the prior year, or something like that, zero big plays, and absolutely had declined.Milloys play didn't decline he was expandable due to Rodney having just signed. Malloy was still in his prime.
The whole defense was bad that year.. BB said it himself. 03 defense was phenomenal..No. Milloy had a stat line of 0 int, 0 sacks, 0 fumbles caused, 0 fumbles recovered the prior year, or something like that, zero big plays, and absolutely had declined.
